Tech Talks – Using Technology to Lose Weight
When: Tue, Mar 4, 7pm – 11pm
Where: Princeton Public Library, Princeton NJ
Description: Computers, and the sedentary working style associated with them, are very often looked at as a major contributor to becoming overweight in this country. The more time we spend sitting in front of computers, for instance, the less time we typically spend being physically active . However, after losing over 100 pounds, I will tell you that I personally could not have possibly done it without the help of my computer, using some key web sites, applications, and devices. Come and let me share with you how technology helped me to lose the weight, and how it helps me keep it off everyday.

Dear John:
I especially enjoyed your talk tonight at the Princeton Public Library. My father is a graduate of Rider College in the 1930′s when the college was located downtown on E. State Street. He majored in business and worked all his life as a sales engineer for Pangborn Corporation which was later bought out by Carborundum Corporation. The link to Dr. David Williams who is a medical doctor that specializes in alternative medicines that I told you about is as followa: http://www.drdavidwilliams.com/. I’ll send you more information later.
